How to apply:

1. To be considered for Superstition Doodles please complete the application form below. By doing so, we can gain a clearer understanding of your daily routine, helping us to match you with the most suitable puppy for your lifestyle. It also allows us to determine if our program is a good fit for you. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, which also determines the order for selecting puppies. Therefore, it's essential not to miss out on this opportunity to secure your place early in the process.

2. After submitting your application, please allow 48 hours for our response. We reserve the right to deny applicants if we believe we are not the right breeder for you. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive an email from us.

3. If your application is accepted, and you are ready to move forward with one of our upcoming litters, the next step is to pay a non-refundable reservation fee of $500. This fee will reserve your place on the waitlist and will be deducted from the final price of the puppy.

4. Please keep in mind that the anticipated number of puppies per litter is determined based on previous litters. In the event that you are unable to select a puppy, you will receive a refund of your $500 deposit. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to decide whether you would like to secure the top position on our waitlist for the next litter.

5. Puppies will be chosen at six weeks of age according to the order of the waitlist. You will receive an email closer to the designated puppy pick-out day, specifying your scheduled appointment time for selecting your puppy in person. If you find yourself unable to attend the appointment, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In such instances, you will still have the opportunity to select your puppy within your allotted time frame, either through remote options such as FaceTime or by reviewing the videos and pictures we provide.

6. Should you opt to relinquish your place on the waitlist, please note that your deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, your position will be forfeited, and it will be filled by the next individual in line.
